Bookings run from Saturday – Saturday during July and August with a 7 night minimum stay.

Shorter and more flexible breaks are available outside of these months. A minimum of 3 nights is required.

Payment is by direct bank transfer or credit/debit card using Paypal. We can accept payment in Euros and other currencies. If preferred method of payment is via Paypal the bank charge will be added to the booking. This also applies to non Sterling currency payments.

Definition for rate charging purposes:

Midweek charges apply Sunday to Thursday nights,
Weekend charges apply Friday and Saturday nights.

Payment and cancellation:

Deposit of £150 required to secure bookings if booked more than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 8 weeks, full payment required.
From time of booking up to 8 weeks of arrival a full refund will be give.
Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks of arrival 50% refund will be given.
Within 4 weeks of arrival no refund available.

Security/Damage Deposit:

£150 refundable security/damage deposit will be charged with balance payment which will be refunded within two (2) working days of check out so long as no damage or excess cleaning charges are incurred by the owner.
