Entrance

The entrance is at the back of the property through the shared courtyard. Stairs lead to the the first floor open plan living area.  The security key box is located next to the front door.  Check in is via a key-safe.

Open plan area giving lots of family space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, quality cookware, fridge, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine.

There is a comfortable sofa and small dining room table. Freeview TV, a DVD player and free wifi throughout the apartment. The windows above the sitting room area look onto the courtyard.

Main bedroom

To the front of the property offering glimpses of the sea. Double bed and large fitted wardrobe.

Second bedroom

Double bunk bed (single bed on the top and double bed on the bottom) A wardrobe and tallboy for storage. The bedroom is also to the front of the property with sea glimpses.

Outside

A lovely shared courtyard area (shared with 2 neighbours) with a large picnic table – perfect for eating outside in the sunshine as it can be a lovely suntrap. The area is also great for hanging out your wetsuits to dry.

For young guests

A travel cot and high chair are available by request. A stair gate can be fixed at the top of the stairs. There are a number of board games and jigsaw puzzles.

The entrance to the property is at the back which is ideal if you have younger children. Mousehole can get quite busy with passing traffic or visitors and so having and entrance/exit off the road is ideal.

Parking

Please be aware that there is no allocated parking outside Cobbles Loft, although you are able to stop outside to unload bags. The quayside car parks are a moments walk away, there is a larger car park at the entrance to the village (next to the Old Coastguard Hotel) and there is free parking on the approach to the village as well (this is on a first come basis).

Additional Information

A large selection of DVD’s, books and games have been provided for a rainy day or just to enjoy some family time together.

All rooms are heated by central heating in the colder months.

Bed linen and towels are provided (beach towels are not provided).

Milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are provided. Further supplies can be obtained from No 1 Millpool Deli/Store and Mousehole Deli & Kitchen.

There is a Co-Op supermarket in Newlyn and in Penzance you will find a Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons supermarkets.
